Outdoor Community Events
Outdoor community events
Nature Nurture’s Wild Days are designed and run by our team of forest school leaders, using nature, creative arts and eco-therapy to create a packed day of outdoor activities for all ages.
Our Wild Days take place in urban parks, woodlands and beside waterways and are designed to improve physical and mental health and build community connections.
Wild Days include an array of activities, from nature-inspired art and conservation to music making, bug hunting, nature trails and local history walks. If you are interested in boosting climate awareness and action, we have devised the ‘Earth Action Challenge ’ event.
We can “Pop-up” at your location as part of your community event, or, if you prefer, we can plan the whole event, including publicity and community engagement. The day can be tailored to match your requirements. We often collaborate with our established partners such as ThinkLockhart, Food4Families and Reading Green Wellbeing Network to create a fully customised service.
We also offer event filmmaking and photography along with a monitoring and evaluation service, to help ensure your event aims are met and that you make the most out of PR opportunities.
Please note our Wild Days are currently only available in Reading and the surrounding areas.
